RIT Residence Halls

• Project description: This project included the installation of dual temperature fan coil units providing nearly 400 dorm rooms with air conditioning. Just like many colleges across the country, RIT has several residence halls that are half a century or older. These buildings are occupied up to 10 months out of the year and through decades of wear and tear, it was finally time for an upgrade.  

The ultimate challenge of this project was the timeline. Students vacate the dorms mid May and return Mid August for the fall semester. This left us with only 12 weeks to deliver a project with no room for error therefore, it was imperative that we were on point.
