MCC Downtown Campus

Description of Work: 

• MCC’s Downtown Campus offers seven floors and 255,000 sq-ft of innovative classroom and meeting space in the heart of Rochester’s historic High Falls district.

• Duration: 18 months

• Completed: August 2017   

• Scope: HVAC

• Provided 3D modeling and coordination of modeling with all other primes.

• Provided and installed complete HVAC system including chillers, colling towers, boilers, pumps, hydronic piping, energy recovery units, roof top units, VAV’s, ductless-split systems & humidification.
