Description of Work:
CB completed a 5-story, 125-room Hampton Inn hotel adjacent to the Strong Museum of Play. Geared towards families with multiple rooms with bunk beds, suites, a pool area, bar, and conference rooms. Total project value was $1,167,000.00 for the HVAC in the building during the COVID years 2020- 2022.
We installed 145 P-Tac units that were supplied by the owner, along with the following equipment we supplied and installed.
- 5 rooftop units
- 2 make up air units
- Exhaust systems
- Pool Pak unit
- Several VRF systems
