12-story complete mechanical renovation, including basement, penthouse, and rooftop mechanicals. We supplied and installed rooftop laboratory exhaust fans, site-built air handling units with 125 HP motors, stair pressurization fans, specialty laboratory gas equipment, steam heat exchangers, hydronic pumps, hydronic coils, and air compressors.
