We work with our customers to develop a comprehensive plan for HVAC & plumbing solutions that reduce energy costs, operation & maintenance costs, and extend the life cycle of their mechanical equipment. We also help our customers through the process of acquiring finacial incentives from local and state agencies such as NYSERDA, for example.
We also have LEED accredited professionals on staff to assist owners in their quest to build LEED or green buildings. We are working within our own firm to make green initiatives a priority from top-to-bottom.
We work closely with our customers in the area of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). There is no bigger investment a company makes than in their people. Studies have shown that poor IAQ has a negative effect on productivity while increasing office churn and absenteeism. We provide IAQ solutions and help our customers increase their bottom line while improving quality of life for their employees.
